Overall responsibility for production of all Xip hardware components, including POS terminals, tags, packaging and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Location: Shenzhen, China
- Own and manage manufacturing partners – assembly house and supply chain
- Own and manage delivery schedule
- Quality – Manage quality assurance of components and produced output
- Planning – Inventory management against orders and forecast
- Innovation – Assist with product design for efficient manufacturing
- Reporting – Manage accurate reporting for Delivery, Inventory, Quality and other production parameters
- Skills and experience – 3-5 years in Electronics manufacturing – Worked with a reputable contract manufacturer or product company – Experience with POS or Mobile Phone manufacturing desirable – Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding, PCBA and Firmware
- Education – Education – Bachelor in Engineering – Degree from a reputable college in China or abroad – Good Knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office
- Language – Excellent knowledge of Chinese – Written and verbal communication in English
